A deposit will be required when booking, if the booking is required to be cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival a full refund of any payments will be completed, if within 60 days the deposit will be kept unless a new booking can be sourced, If within 30 days full payment will be required and a refund will occur only if a new booking can be sourced
When Booking, a linen amount of $250 is added to the booking after a property and rate is selected. Which will reflect in the booking total when checking out
